Moms/Dads, what do you put in your diaper bag for your toddler? - diaper bags for dads

Just curious! I usually need to pack before departure, depending on the situation and event. But we have a small bag, I think the upgrade ... but I wonder what will go?
I currently have the following at all times:
Diapers and Wipes
Extra clothes (2 T-shirts)
Extra socks / shoes
Nail clippers / mixed
Thermometer / Baby Tylenol

My son is 13 months, so bring a toy or 2, where we have gone for a while and I always place your meal, juice or milk / water, snacks and sunscreen / hat for sunny days. Is there anything else I should pack?
